He said the ministry aims to issue a list of regulations for Haj affairs offices to ensure their duties and responsibilities are upheld as required, stressing the importance of cooperation among all concerned parties to ensure services are upheld and any outstanding issues are addressed and resolved. On Thursday, Al-Nafeie met with the heads of the Mutawwafi Association for Pilgrims of non-Arab African countries to review and finalize coordination of the working plan for monitoring and follow-up on all activities during the Haj.

Prophet Mohammad (S) held Hajj for all the Muslims to get together and show brotherhood on that day, discuss their country and family affairs etc but Persian fake imams turned it into a day of fake ritual by circling seven time around kabha, running between Saffa and Marva and throwing stones at Shyataan. The local Govt was suppose to host the guests provide boarding and lodging for three days. The foolish Muslims are blindly following it (Thou Muslims have been commanded not to have blind faith.
