Prostration Cures Nervous Tension

When prostrating, worshippers are the closest to god.

Everything in this universe prostrates to God including the sun, the moon, the stars, the trees, and even every single cell of our bodies and every atom of this vast universe.

Every time you prostrate to god, god elevates you to a higher level, spiritually and religiously, and every level equals what’s between the heavens and the earth.

Prostration is a kind of exercises that lets out the extra charges, activates the blood circulation, improves concentration, and trains man to be patient and calm.

Let’s contemplate those who are praised in the holy Qur’an; “Those who spend the night in adoration of their Lord prostrate and standing” (Furqan: 25: 64)

What’s their reward? Allah, the exalted answers this question in the same chapter, surah, He says in the holy Qur’an:

“Those are the ones who will be rewarded with the highest place in heaven, because of their patient constancy: therein shall they be met with salutations and peace” (Furqan: 25: 75)

Let’s contemplate how Allah, the omniscient combines between prostration at night and patience, a proof that more prostration cures tensions and makes people more patient.
