These Pictures of People Protesting the #MuslimBan Are Giving Us All Hope

Ever since DonaldĀ Trump signed an executive order banning people from seven Muslim countries (Iran, Iraq, Libya, Sudan, Syria, Somalia, and Yemen) from coming to the United States, many people raised their voice against what is happening in America. While several people were being detained at John F. Kennedy Airport in New York, it was still not clear what should happen to those who already had valid visas or green cards. In the meantime, the federal court for the Eastern District of New York issued an emergency stay halting President Donald Trumpā€™s executive order.

Thank you people of NYC. You consistently redeem my faith in humanity!

To protest this Muslim ban, thousands of people are standing together at John F. Kennedy International Airport, chanting slogans such as ā€œLet them inā€ and ā€œNo hate, no fear, refugees are welcome hereā€.
