Ever since Donald Trump signed an executive order banning people from seven Muslim countries (Iran, Iraq, Libya, Sudan, Syria, Somalia, and Yemen) from coming to the United States, many people raised their voice against what is happening in America. While several people were being detained at John F. Kennedy Airport in New York, it was still not clear what should happen to those who already had valid visas or green cards. In the meantime, the federal court for the Eastern District of New York issued an emergency stay halting President Donald Trump’s executive order.
This is quite amazing at JFK Airport.
Thank you people of NYC. You consistently redeem my faith in humanity! #Terminal4 #Muslimban
To protest this Muslim ban, thousands of people are standing together at John F. Kennedy International Airport, chanting slogans such as “Let them in” and “No hate, no fear, refugees are welcome here”.
THIS is what my America looks like

A beautiful sight of the #MuslimBan protest at JFK
At the same time, lawyers are volunteering to help those who were detained at the airport because of the Muslim ban.
